I am extremely disappointed with the inadequate support I have received regarding my deposit issue with the brokerage. Last night, I deposited $52 as a newcomer eager to explore the platform. The deposit was made through TRC20 and confirmed, yet it has not appeared in my brokerage account. Almost a full day has passed without any response from the support team, despite my having provided screenshots of my transaction in the support portal. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this brokerage, and I believe the glowing 5-star reviews are simply solicited by the broker in exchange for promised bonuses. DO NOT TRUST THESE REVIEWS OR THE BROKER.
