As a former user of multiple other platforms, I've recently come across "Toxa". And let me tell you a few things as a trader or as a part of the trading community. This platform is far better than all the other brokers that I've used in the past. Been trading on toxa for the past 15 days. With a reasonable capital, I've made good profit. And honestly I did recieve the withdrawal too. But, let me clear something out (especially the misunderstandings created through the negative reviews on trustpilot):-
1.) i placed my withdrawal after my kyc was approved. And the mail did mention to write them an honest review about my experience with the platform (and this mail arrived after i recieved my withdrawal successfully)
2.) i deposited and withdrew using the same crypto wallet method (specifically TRC20 method)
3.) I DID RECIEVE MY WITHDRAWAL BECAUSE I MADE NO MISTAKES ON THE PROCESS OF CREATING THE ACCOUNT AND ALSO PROVIDING THE RIGHT INFO AND DOCUMENTATION TO BACK IT UP.
So, if you mess up during the account opening process (like give nicknames, wrong / incomplete address, etc.), make a deposit from a different account/method and place a withdrawal with a different account or method and violate the rules and regulations of the platform. It's pretty obvious that your withdrawals are gonna get stuck and your account will be flagged for suspicious activity. Blaming toxa or any other so called broker for your mistakes and calling it a fraudulent broker is not right.
Rest assured, the only suggestions I'd like to make to "Toxa" would be to add a "clock mode" and create an app for Android and iPhone for easier access.
