After contacting them for a refund i've been told 'NO' as the company policy offer no refund for premium account. As register on the website after first 5 min you can notice lots of fake accounts, after 20 min you realize there is 1real account/100. Frankly, that's ridiculous. No respect for customers and their money. They telling lies all day long about moderating the fake accounts. 99% of accounts are fake. They not moderating nothing really.There are fake accounts on those dating sites, but TBWH has only fake. AVOID!
