Writing this on behalf of my friend as he does not have his own Gmail account for the review."Worst experience with this dealership and I advise everyone to stay away and go to another dealership. Period. I went to this dealership to purchase a brand new Toyota Sienna of the year. They told me that due to chip shortage that there was no vehicle available at the time and that may have need to wait a few months.I asked approximately how long and they said most likely ~6 months but it may be a few months here and there and to not hold them to 6 exactly. So I left them a $1,500.00 deposit on the vehicle after discussing price and signed the agreement and final invoice. My current vehicle that I was to trade in to the dealership as is was a much older Toyota Sienna requiring repair which I did not want to put more money into. After the approximate time given, I had called month after month only to be told we have no control over this and there is no vehicle left and to wait. I had no choice but to invest A LOT of money in repairing my current sienna.Fast Forward TWO YEARS. They tell me they finally have a vehicle available. TWO YEARS. As upset as I was, I was even more upset that I had to keep pumping more money into my current car and that it would finally be something that I can put behind me. I went into the dealership to finalize the paperwork and schedule the "delivery" only for them to tell me that there is a 'slight modification' to the contract. They changed the price from ~57,000.00 (before trade in) to ~70,000.00 (before trade in). How does it make sense to finalize a contract and make a customer wait 2 years and then tell them to pay 70k for a Sienna?Who would pay that much on a Sienna? At that price I may as well get a Lexus TX.Even then I had to find out at the end. They called me in for the vehicle, I went to see it and told them I need a started installed at the dealership as I do not want any warranty issues and they told me it would be $800.00. I said is there any negotiation or adjustment on it especially for waiting all this time? I was told no and that they would add that to the remaining balance and have me sign the final paperwork. THAT was when I questioned the total price and they told me the price went up.Absolutely ridiculous.I have nothing against the salesman that assisted me but I have a terrible opinion about this dealership and it's policies as this clearly comes from higher up.If this deters even one customer from trusting this dealership then I will be more than happy.I have no faith in this dealership contacting me to make this right but pictures attached of documents. I hope this stays up so people can stay away from this place. I have no complaints about Toyota. I have every complain imaginable for Toyota Laval."
