I ordered some Lego parts from Hungary but my package has never arrived. I asked the postal service what happened and they told me that they probably didn’t write the correct address on the package and it lost somewhere. If the package is exist.
I asked the officer at Toypro to help me to solve this problem and send me the package again but they didn’t sent it again just told me that they sent it before.
1. You need to send the items in a box and not as a letter, because a box will not lost, but it is frequently happening with a letter. It should not be more than some euros extra cost.
2. It was a test shopping from me with an amount of 20 euros. And no I guess that you are not a really serious company if you’re thinking about to do nothing. Normally it’s not a problem to say a sorry and send the items again.
