My 12 year old son thoughtfully purchased his little brother a Switch game for Christmas ....but it turned out to be one he had already. We tried to exchange it but the manager refused, stating the clear plastic wrap was ripped and invoking company policy...for children consumers this is very harsh...extremely disappointed young boys at Christmas...
