Watford store Hertfordshire. This has to be one of the worst stores I’ve ever visited. They treat their staff like absolute rubbish and the way the manager (Mark) I think his name was speaks to his colleagues and staff is beyond embarrassing. Also overheard a conversation between staff members whilst shopping there about him selling 20 new PS5’s to his friend, which I’m sure is not policy. Have to say I will not be returning to shop there or support the business if that’s the kind of managers they hire.
