Purchased an Anti-Venom Eddie Brock Glow Pop + Tee bundle. After a week the item was marked as “shipped” and no tracking number provided. Emailed twice asking for a tracking number and received no response. Item arrived a month later - there was no plastic wrapping / seal on the box and it had been sent with very little packaging which resulted in the item being damaged. Contacted via instagram with photos and they said that “you must have got unlucky and got one without plastic wrapping.” Referred to me as “dude.” Said the damage isn’t their fault and provided no resolution. Item is valued at US$270 PPG. Will not be purchasing from them again. Poor customer service and professionalism.
