Shocking customer service.Sent items completely unprotected twice the Funko hard stack was shattered both times. charged me to return the item when the company is at fault for not protecting their items, zero bubble wrap,fragile tape and in a reused stinking boxes that previously had aerosols inside. first item was potentially second hand as had damage in multiple spots and missing wrapping on the Star Wars Funko in question. Got accused of being a scammer over 15 quid and then my messages have been read and ignored. I have all the evidence to back these claims up and i will certainly not be buying from them again.
