The property ombudsman is as corrupt as the estate agents they protect. I suffered from their deliberate undervaluing/false purchaser fraud, losing £100,000 on the value of my home. Obviously the ombudsman found in favour of the estate agents, so this highly lucrative fraud continues unabated with their approval and protection. I would like to hear from others who have suffered from this fraud.This is the TPO abdicating their responsibility to remove corrupt estate agents from practicing and protect the public.TPO codes of practice state you operate :A service to protect consumers from unfair practice.And your purpose Is to raise standards and share best practice in the industry.You had the opportunity to secure these but chose to join co dishonest and corrupt estate agent.The homeowner you cheated was a hero of Dunkirk. Well done. You must be so proud to achieve that.
