I would never hire a TPO-registered agent.It's a complete waste of time, and nothing they say or do is consistent.When I first complained to them, they gave me incorrect advice; however, as time passed, I learned more. They walked the agent through the entire process so that he could send all of his documents at once.They rejected the claims I sent them and made their decision solely on the agent's submission letter. They also rejected my representation letter.I filed a complaint with the agent in January 2019, and I purchased it from TPO in October 2019 when I was forced to do so by public authorities, but I couldn't tell you that.The TPO is biassed in favour of agents, forgetting that we, the clients, pay them to exist, from which they join the TPO.According to TPO, it is acceptable for the agent to forge your signature, bind you to a contract, and lie to you, as well as send contractors to you for whom they are not responsible.We don't pay the agents for anything; they just take a commission on everything.I've never had anything like that happen in my 23 years as a landlord.
