This is not just a 5 star review; it is a TPS 5 star review. Could not ask for more; the way the company accepted ownership of the problem. We had an issue, tried a couple of fixes, spoke to TPS, another fix…all without success. TPS requested box return, to either fix or replace. Reset the box(I'd tried but…): it worked; phone call, returned, and domestic harmony improved. I make an issue over recommending companies; not in this case. Would leave my Grandchildren with them★.
