I rarely leave reviews for companies but I feel compelled to do so after my recent experience with TPS. I bought a high end Panasonic OLED TV just over 6 years ago. I chose TPS because it was a great price but also offered an extended warranty (which I honestly never expected to need). My TV developed a fault around a month ago and I was fully expecting to spend another couple of £thousand to replace it. I then recalled the warranty! I half expected that TPS would find a way out of the warranty - I couldn’t have been more mistaken. From the moment I contacted Peter the service has been nothing short of exceptional. They liaised with Panasonic to diagnose the full, arranged the replacement under the TPS warranty, never once tried to get out of their obligations and were an absolute joy to deal with. I’m sure all of us are dubious when we see only 5 star reviews, but it’s simply because TPS and Peter in particular are actually 5 star reviews
