In both instances, the products were 100% original and were working perfectly.After I placed my order, the team reached out to me personally to ask for details about my old battery. This extra step ensured I received the exact compatible part and saved me from the headache of a potential return. This IMO no one does it.Where there was a delay in shipping, the support was incredibly helpful. When I contacted them they pushed their internal team to prioritise my order and got it shipped out quickly the very next day even though it was a holiday (25-12-2025). THIS IS INSANE.I will definitely be returning for any future tech needs.
