I reached out to one cleaning company and they were not able to help me due to distance of the location of the clean, so forward my details to Traceless. When Tia reach out to me on the 8th of Jan, I was very emotional due the circumstances of the clean and the short time scale I had, I was up from London visiting my ex husband in Scotland and Tia helped and advised me every step of the way, the whole team was brilliant, they where fast in being able to fit me in for the clean on the 15th of Jan, as I had a short deadline, I was organising all of this for my ex husband who has mental health issues so by the time of the clean I wasn’t able to be at the property and they worked with him brilliantly on the day, the team was so supportive and kind, he said what was an emotional day he found the whole process so easy going and a relief, there where times I would phone Tia or Lia, worried my ex husband wasn’t doing great as I had just got off a FaceTime call as he wasn’t sure on what he should be doing and Tia would reach out to one of the team members in the flat to help him a long, so so kind, plus what was a 2 day job they completed in a day, can not recommend Traceless enough ❤️
