I have been a Trackhawk customer for over a year and currently having it installed on my new truck. After several attempted thefts, this system has provided a great deal of confidence that my truck will be where I left it when I return to it. Recently, I had an unexpected benefit from Trackhawk. I dropped my truck off at a repair shop and set a geofence to alert me when/if the truck leaves the shop. It turns out that the repair shop made a mistake and damaged the engine in my truck and tried to cover things up and make it my fault. They claimed that they were driving the truck on a test drive and the engine just locked up. My Trackhawk system was swift proof that not only had the truck not been driven, but the ignition hadn’t even been on during the time that they claimed to have been driving the truck. I was able to show them the information from Trackhawk and they had to come clean!I just bought a new truck and drove straight from the dealership to have my new Trackhawk system installed.
