Trading was something new to me and I have to admit that with the help from my account manager I feel more confident now and we worked out a better psychological strategy for me. Contact with a real human and the market insides is what makes trade.com so special, especially in times when AI tries to overtake the market. I am very satisfied and recommend.
When I joined Trade.com I had mixture of experience and it made me doubt so many things I even stopped trading for several months until my manager was changed to Charles.He has been consistent with me and he has been directing me and I was able to build my account to a level that I couldn't have made without his assistance.When it comes to withdraw of profits it reflects after 2 working day.

I am extremely frustrated with Trade.com regarding my withdrawal request of $1870. Despite my account being fully verified, my withdrawal has already been rejected multiple times, and now my account has been disabled, preventing me from trading or accessing my funds.This repeated denial of withdrawals and account access is unacceptable. Customer support has failed to provide a clear explanation or timeline for resolution, leaving me unable to use my account or retrieve my money.I am sharing this experience to urge Trade.com to resolve this matter immediately and to warn other users to exercise caution.I hope this complaint draws attention to the issue so that other traders do not face similar problems.
Although spreads are set by the broker, my Account Manager intentionally guided me to open high-lot trades during high-spread conditions, which resulted in an immediate and significant loss.”3125$😡 I am writing to formally demand a full refund of USD 3,125, which I lost due to the misconduct and mismanagement by my Account Manager.
