This is one of many Unreliable, Untrustworthy and Poor Service Brokers in South Africa. When they create for u issues, your emails will start being ignored when u try resolve the matter. Only IBs get full support. The rest of us always getting all kinds of issues and withdrawal declines with all kinds of excuses you can think of. Making u upload 50 documents but still not good enough. Ive had the most frustrating experience with this broker. My money is still in there , still not able to withdraw. Stay Away n Save Yourself
