I enrolled for the 30-day free trial.There were numerous clicks leading to the landing page, but there were no views of products at all. I don't know if the clicks were generated by bots or something else, but the service was not useful to me.Ten days before the end of the trial, I decided to close the account to avoid being charged. First, you need to close the active program. They gave me a notice of six days, even though their conditions state it should be five days. That was okay for me because I had some extra days before the end of the free trial.Unfortunately, after closing my active program (so after 6 days), the platform didn't allow me to close the account. A message stated, "A previously active program was closed less than two days ago. You will be able to close your account from 22/04/2024, the time for us to generate your closing invoice."- In the conditions, it says you can close an account immediately when you don't have any transactions or an active program.- 22/04/2024 was the first day after the free trial.- I have no idea what the closing invoice is.I closed the account at 00:01 on 22/04/2024. It seemed scammy to me; however, they confirmed that they were not going to charge me.
