Attempted to trade in my Xbox series X. Their communication was poor from the off. Couldn’t get an answer from emails or phoning for a week. Then got a random text showing some pictures of the Xbox. One picture showed no marks at all and then another they changed the lighting to make it look damaged. I tried to call 3 times to discuss and eventually got through. The guy on the other end only said “revised offer” for £100 less. I said no, please return the item and despite their website claiming free returns I paid after reading other reviews. They promptly returned the Xbox in different packaging and didn’t even bubble wrap the items. Complete waste of time and money.
