I subscribed to TradeIndia around July and have been continuously requesting for my product listings to be activated on my account. Unfortunately, even after almost three months, my listings have still not gone live.Despite multiple follow-ups and complaints over the last several weeks, I keep receiving the same response — that the issue will be resolved “today or tomorrow.” However, no progress has been made. For the past 15 days, I have even been unable to open my TradeIndia account properly, which has further affected my business operations during the crucial festive season.When your sales team approached me, they made several strong commitments and assurances, but the post-sale support has been extremely disappointing. In contrast, I have been using IndiaMART for over five years and have never faced such issues. I had subscribed to TradeIndia with the intention of exploring another portal, but unfortunately, my experience has been entirely unsatisfactory.Given that I have not received any service or leads as promised, I request that my subscription amount be refunded immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly on social media and relevant business forums.I hope you will take this request seriously and process my refund at the earliest.Thank you for your attention.
