Tradekart is not a reliable delivery system at all, I have used their services 3 times and they have failed twice, meaning, only 33% efficient
The first time they have failed me was when there was a huge mismatch between the product name and the image showing in their app product page, the wrong item was delivered and then they sent someone to collect it but because it was a large item the person couldn’t collect as they were on a bike, the next person was also on a bike and the next person…it tools 4 attempts for the person with an appropriate vehicle to turn up
The second time they have failed me I still don’t know the reason why, I placed an order, someone called saying that there was a technical issue with my order (even though I saw no error on my end) and they would issue with a refund, no other options, I said that this would cause me loss of revenue because I had a team of 3 guys waiting for the materials and I’ve asked to speak to a manager, to this day, no refund has been issued yet and no manager have called me, I am not sure if I will use this people again as my ability to trust they will fulfil the order is no longer there
