I can't comprehend how this company has a rating of 4.3 stars; it surely doesn't deserve even half a star. I submitted two filings in September, and by December, they were still attempting to sell me unnecessary consultations. I had to firmly decline. The lawyers they employ seem focused on extracting more money from clients. My second order has been under review since October 2nd. Imagine that a service meant to protect your trademark sits in review for three months simply because they aren't able to charge me more. If you're not already fleeing from them, you should definitely hurry. I would never use this service again, even if it were free. Their delays have put my trademark application at serious risk.
