I genuinely don't understand how this service maintains a 4.3-star rating; it certainly doesn't deserve even half a star. I submitted two filings in September, and by December, they were still trying to promote unnecessary consultations. I had to firmly refuse their offers. The attorneys seem focused on extracting more money from clients. My second order has been pending review since October 2nd. It's unbelievable that a service designed to protect your trademark is stuck for three months simply because they can't charge me more. If you're not already avoiding them, you should definitely make a move. I wouldn't consider using this service again, even if it were free. Their delays have put my trademark application in jeopardy.
