I have received multiple texts from a trademark service, allegedly from representatives. They use fear tactics that are completely dishonest regarding my trademarks. A quick search reveals that others have received similar messages, all containing the same threatening 'call us or else' tone. This behavior feels predatory and is clearly against the CAN-SPAM act. Despite my requests for them to cease contacting me, they continue to reach out, which is why I'm leaving this review. Their messages include alarming claims about my trademarks being in cancelled status and urgent actions needed to reclaim my rights. It's frustrating and concerning to deal with such harassment.
