Tradera outright refurses to file claims. If a package is lost. Your money is lost. No help or compensation will be granted. @alex: I contacted you guys via that link about 7 times. Shipper is DHL shipment went via a label created by Tradera. Hence why i’m powerlesss and losing customers because of your inablility to send an e-mail to DHL for an investigation of a lost package.
