Instead, I was met with silence.It took them over three days to respond to my email, and when they finally did, it was a generic, unhelpful reply. I asked for more details and guidance, but every response was the same vague, one-line message. Their customer service is practically non-existent, and they show no regard for the sellers who rely on their platform.I’ve also noticed that their responses to negative reviews online are robotic and copy-pasted, which just adds to the frustration. They don’t engage with their users or take any feedback seriously.
