Tradera’s customer service is terrible. They only send template responses and don’t bother checking your issue. I ordered a MacBook, later realizing the screen was broken. The seller turned out to be a scammer and demanded 400 SEK via Swish for a refund. I contacted Tradera’s support, but they ignored the situation and let the scammer ship the order. Later, they told me they couldn’t cancel it because it was shipped. After waiting for a long time, the package finally arrived, but it was empty. I recorded a video showing the unopened package sealed with DHL tape and sent it to Tradera. Instead of resolving the issue, they banned my account! I lost 2000 SEK for nothing. DHL couldn’t locate the item either, and now I’m trying to get compensated for an empty package. Tradera, fix your customer support and listen to your clients—it’s unacceptable to lose money like this!
