There are many things that I appreciate at Tradera. They strive to make better and new services, they try to lower the shipping costs and time to time they (could more often) give discounts on their fare to sellers.One thing that I more than once found myself struggling with is the customer service. The answers are "it is what it is" styled and are feels like an "Information service" rather than Customer service. I although give 4 stars just for observing that they try to get better.
