Unfair fees and poor customer service

I've using Tradera for several years with no relevant issues so far, but lately everything is getting worse and worse. Recently they have added a mandatory 'buyer protection fee' (5% of the total) that you are forced to pay if you use PayPal (which already has buyer protection). Tried talking with customer service for an explanation and the answer was "it was a fee for handling themselves a dispute in case something went wrong".So, couple of weeks after, had an issue with an order that I paid via PayPal, so contacted customer service about it. The answer was that I had to deal with it via Paypal, open a dispute there and that they will take care of it. Total liars, basically they are charging a fee for something you already got using PayPal and that they just DON'T DO. I would have never expected this sort of shady practices from a Swedish company like Tradera, what a shame.------Edit, as I cannot answer CS reply:This is why e.g. Ebay charges an extra fee when paying with PayPal --> This is not true, paying via PayPal is free for the buyer. If any, these fees are paid by the seller. I cannot name any big marketplace where paying via PayPal has a fee, just some private websites to compensate the fee they are charged. Many people won't just buy or use the platform if PayPal wasn't allowed as a payment method, so you should never force the buyer to pay an extra fee to use that. When you buy something on eBay, if you have a problem paying with PayPal, you dispute against the seller, not eBay. Maybe it would make more sense to apply a similar system, or either implement a solution like other marketplaces where the money is held by Tradera until the buyer confirms everything went ok.
