I have been selling a lot on Tradera and everting always went well.Recently several listing were set as free shipping by the app without my knowledge or consent, which means that I didn’t see it when the sales went thought with free shipping.But when I had to ship, Tradera charged me for the shipping price. When contacting the customer support they acknowledge there was an issue but told me the shipping could have been changed manually (even if I didn’t noticed the change I didn’t make) and told me they can not compensate or refund me for this.They also told me that if I wanted my shipping money back I’d have to ask the buyer to send me extra cash through bank transfer or Swish…Very unprofessional to not take responsibility for an issue you were responsible for and terrible experience with the customer support
