Scammers. I tried withdraw my money 2 months ago but due to some "internal error" im not able to withdraw, no explanation or reason given. I then figured id just purchase something instead, this was for 10k SEK. Then my account was locked and my money neve reached the buyer. Reason "Breaking one of traderas rules", which rule? They are not able to disclose. They are also unsure if i can retrieve my funds? How crazy is that? Now report to ARN, konsumentverket, lets see how long this takesI strongly avoid anyone using this company. Customer support is non responsive, 2 months of problems and only about 3 mails telling me "we are working on it" in the rudest way possible, they hate their job so much they take out their hate on the customers.
