Worst support ever in 20 years of my using internet

I often used the trader and was satisfied until recently. I was satisfied with the things I found and bought there and with half of the sellers. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, I was not satisfied with the support, which almost does nothing to help. As a user of ebay for almost 20 years, as well as other platforms, I can say that this is a very bad platform in terms of customer support and protection, even though they even charge 5% extra for buyer protections. Since I always use paypal, I certainly had protection through it, but now they still charge for it, and not once did I manage to get my money back from support, but always exclusively from paypal. There are a lot of fraudsters, and I kept writing to support whenever I saw something suspicious and I didn't know what to do, because I didn't want to make a mistake. Almost every 10 purchases end up with the product I bought not being sent to me or not being packed well and getting damaged. Of course, I was always exclusively sent by the support to report paypal and solve it with them, they never even approved the refund themselves even though the seller did not send the goods and even though he was blocked and cheated 5-10 people besides me at that moment. I always had to go to escalate case to paypal, so they could assess if I should get the money. The highlight of it all is that I got banned, even though I have 150 successful transactions in 6 months. I manage to find out that my profile is being checked and they are looking for my documents, which I deliver to them the same day, so for almost 5 days without a reply to my email, I write every day to the support who can't do anything because they are not in charge of it, I get it in the chat an explanation that I need it, and a selfie to submit with the documents, although they never sent me an email with that, and I do it immediately, and I ask them to speed it up, they replied to my email then that they decided that my account would not be reactivated and that the decision is final and cannot be appealed. No explanation or anything. I ask them if I can close that account and open a new one, after which they get the answer that I can't, and that one person has the right to have only one account. Nothing, then we decide for my wife to open an account because she buys half of the things for herself and of course they block us immediately and even write in the chat that we are no longer welcome on traders. I have been actively using the Internet since 1999 and I have never experienced this anywhere. I can't believe that the trader company is the daughter of ebay and paypal.
