I have been a buyer/seller on Tradera for nearly 20 years and have a fantastic rating. I have not used the site for about 1 year. Yesterday I made a bid, won the item, and immediately set about paying for it. I received a message that I must verify my identity using Mobil Bank ID before I could make payment. I do not have MOBIL Bank ID...only ID on my laptop. I have an older iPhone and the Mobil app is not compatible and cannot be downloaded. Tradera's customer chatt insists that there are no other alternatives. I have let the seller know what has happened. Now, we both, are unable to go further.
