I had an issue with the seller who never sent me what I ordered, and ignored my messages. Tried to connect to Tradera support, but they sent a reminder to the seller and asked me to wait a few more days. I contacted Tradera support again and was told that there was nothing they could do except remind the seller. They don't care if you've been scammed by the seller unless you add their extra buyer protection which is of course paid option. Will avoid buying from Tradera from now on. There are better alternatives.
