This proof was not accepted and I was told to provide documentation. So I took it to a brand certified watchmaker and sent them his statement. They also disregarded this and told me to show documentation that the watch is broken. Three weeks later, they have still not defined what documentation they want me to provide and have not provided any help regarding the item.
