Someone who bought from me did not understand the website, accused me of scamming, gave me a bad review, and I, despite having to pay the high fees for selling each time, have to run after Tradera to get my reviews clean again and the rating not negatively impacted (still showing only 4 of 5 stars as if i had done something wrong). Can not use it anymore for selling with the person having ruined my rating as people will of course bid less. Now I got an E-Mail I shall solve it with the person that didnt understand the platform, accused me of scamming and gave me a bad review. What are the fees for if I get these problems despite having done nothing wrong?
