I heard about Traders Trust from my friends and decided to give it a try. Customer Service team is available 24 x 5 and gives good support. However, there are certain aspects which are not ideal:1. Website advertised that deposit and withdrawal by credit cards are accepted. But in reality, they aren't available to clients from a number of countries, like China, Singapore etc. This info is not mentioned anywhere on their website.2. Web portal is used to serve clients, and there has been access issue occasionally due to SSL outdated. Other brokers already started to provide app for easy access, but Traders Trust have yet to catch up with the trend. 3. 24 x 5 customer service is good. But there are brokers already providing 24 x 7 customer service, which will be more ideal.
