The framework is simple to learn but not easy to master. It still takes lots of hard work and discipline to implement. There are no shortcuts, but this is the best path forward.For me one of the best concepts is sticking to a Daily Risk Budget. Knowing when I'll hit close takes so much stress out of the day. And preserving my capital means that I still have plenty of "at bats" left to stay in the game long enough to keep getting reps in. This really is the only way to trade live small accounts and/or funding firm programs. TDG way lets you size up over time when you've earned it. Being properly sized takes so much stress out of trading. Keeping things TDG style lets me save my mental and emotional capital for the rest of life. So much of trading stress is self imposed by bad trading habits.
