I recently purchased a $5K crypto account from this prop firm, but I’ve been unable to log in from the start. Despite entering the provided credentials multiple times, nothing works and no proper access has been given.I contacted support, and instead of helping resolve the login issue or resending credentials, they asked for the last 4 digits of my card, which felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional.There has been no real support, no clear guidance, and no solution provided. At this point, I cannot access the service I paid for, which is extremely frustrating and concerning.I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
