I was asked to leave a positive review on this platform and on a community site, with the threat of losing access if I didn't comply. Many of the positive reviews seemed coerced, as I noticed that they appeared around the same time I was pressured. After subscribing monthly, the pressure mounted to upgrade to an annual plan, presented at an enticing rate, but it became evident it was misleading. Within weeks, I was asked for even more money—often equal to or exceeding the original annual fee. Despite the service being functional, I would have continued using it if the representative had been ethical and genuinely aimed to build a trustworthy business. I have evidence of these interactions, even though attempts were made to erase the chats.
