Whilst the company seems legitimate they are linked to from a signup form on a BitQT app website. After depositing I had doubts (it took 3 days to get an email confirmation link) so I decided to close the account. There was then two days of emails - which were eventually ignored by the company. Promises from customer service that their 'Head Manager' would resolve it. Demands for personal details (which I refused due to the link with BitQT) Then over to the rude 'go away' customer service person. I have currently started a Section 75 claim with my card company.
