I trust the trips are terrific, but the sales experience was terrible, and ultimately I got a refund. The sales lady made promises that were then confirmed by the "regional manager" but they turned out to be straight up lies.We own other timeshares and have attended multiple "tours" and have reached a stage where my wife simply will not go on another "90-minute tour" that takes up to 4 hours. SO, at the outset I said we will not travel, regardless of the reward, if a tour is required. I was assured I could attend alone and she could stay elsewhere, so I bought, but when I tried to book, I was told both of us had to attend, no exceptions. I was also told that the tour I would attend alone would be required at only the first destination, and none required after that. At time of attempted booking I was told tour would be required at every site.Last, I had asked if there were restrictions on time between trips and told no, could be back to back for travel in US. Again, when we tried to book multiple destinations out west, I learned there had to be an interval between them.Again, the trips may be super if you are ok doing tours, but the blatant lying is inexcusable, and when I asked how and where I could leave feedback, they would not let me, because "why would I walk you thru the process just to have you leave terrible feedback?" to which my answer was "so that other people will be forewarned.
