Rung up to split my order (one item wasn’t in stock) asked to send the rest of the order. They said they would do this so I had it before Xmas. Heard nothing. Rung again but actually hadn’t done anything to dispatch it. So will miss this gift for Xmas as they could no longer guarantee delivery.
