**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**. I found TradeYourPhone on a comparison site. They were offering the highest price for my good condition iPhone. After they received my phone they offered less than half the agreed price, claiming several non-existent faults for which they were unable to supply photographic evidence. After two rounds of revaluations that pushed the offer price up by a few pounds they asked for £10 to send the device back to me. I explained that I would take legal action and report to trading standards unless they returned the phone for free, and eventually after 2 weeks I got my phone back. This business is built on the assumption that they can rip people off and that people will back down and accept their lowball valuations. **DO NOT USE**
