WARNING... I consider myself a fair and honest individual, so I decided to try this service to sell my phone. I traded in my device for a newer model since it was slightly larger. A local store assessed my phone that morning and confirmed it was in good condition, used but functioning well, with a perfect screen. I sent it off with an estimated offer of around £60. However, I received an email offering me just £1, which I, of course, declined and requested the return of my phone. A week later, it arrived back completely damaged! When I reached out to them, they claimed it was received in that state—which is untrue, as they seemed to have applied something to the screen causing scratches and stickiness. I intend to pursue this matter further and cannot recommend this service. I am willing to share before and after pictures, along with confirmation from the previous provider that the phone was in perfect condition when I sent it in.
