I recently had a call with a representative named Ivy regarding their trading offer. From the start, I explained that my main interest was the live Discord community and live trading sessions. Unfortunately, the call didn’t leave a good impression.Midway through, the call was suddenly ended and restarted with the explanation of a computer accident. This interruption felt unprofessional and made the process feel disorganized. Ivy also mentioned there would be a second call with a closer, which I expected. However, at the end of the call I was told it was only to place me on a waitlist. That was frustrating, because I wish that had been made clear from the beginning — it felt like my time was wasted.Overall, the experience came across as unprofessional and unclear. That said, I’m still open to hearing from the team again if they can provide more clarity and a smoother process. Hopefully, this was just an isolated situation and can be improved.
