Johan of Trading Walk exhibits scam-like behavior by acting dishonestly

Before I purchased the TrendPulse Pro strategy I confirmed the price with Johan. He advised: “Trend Pulse Pro v2 is the cheapest option ($37/ per month and there is an option to upgrade to lifetime access for $197 when you join)”Based on Johan’s response, I decided to purchase the TrendPulse Pro system.Initially it was only the $37 per month option that was offered to me but as advised by Johan I was expecting the $197 lifetime offer to display shortly so I proceeded to purchase the $37 per month option expecting the offer to show itself soon.After the payment had gone through, I received the following message from his website offering the special deal he mentioned to me in an email:“Wait, Don't Miss Out On Saving Money...This special, one-time offer is only available right here, right now.When you upgrade to lifetime access for a tiny one-time investment today...You save $247 first year and every year thereafter is literally free.Let's do some math...On monthly plan you're paying $37 per month x 12 months = $444 per year.But when you upgrade to lifetime access for only $197 today...• You unlock lifetime signals• You never pay a monthly fee again• You save $247 first year• And every year thereafter is literally free!And you know what, every dollar counts.So don't miss your chance to save money...Yes, I want to save money and upgrade to lifetime access for just $197 one-time.No thanks, I don't want to save money and I prefer paying a monthly subscription."As I had already paid the $37 for the first month this meant that I would have to get a “refund” somehow of the $37 initially paid if I was to upgrade to the $197 lifetime access. I accepted the offer of lifetime access and then noticed that I had been charged the $197 upgrade to lifetime access PLUS the $37 initial monthly payment! This was obviously a mistake as it DIDN’T MATCH THE OFFER AND THE MATHS PRESENTED TO ME. If I was going to be saving $247 in my first year by taking up the offer of the upgrade as advised by Johan then the maths suggested I would ONLY be paying $197 today!I queried the over payment with Johan and quoted the offer of his upgrade that had appeared before me. His response was : “The offer to upgrade to lifetime is only available for people who join V2 at $37, so lowest total cost to upgrade to lifetime is $37+$197=$234.”To me, this flippant response was like a slap in the face. A primary schooler could do the basic maths and work out that I shouldn’t have been charged the $37 as well as the $197. I do not work with scammers so I have approached Johan for a complete refund of all monies paid but, as expected, I have heard nothing from Johan. Not even an offer to at least refund the over payment. To be fair to Johan, I even sent another email in case the first one was not delivered but again I had no response. Where are you Johan?Johan, I ask you a simple question, “Why are you stealing money from people?” This review did not have to be written but I had no choice but to warn those unsuspecting souls of your deceitful and dishonest business practices and not to engage or have any dealing with you in any form now and into the future.Even now I look back at the page that popped up with the special offer and realise now that a legitimate and reputable business would not put pressure on someone to make a quick decision like this BEFORE they have had a chance to at least try the system. I have no respect for people masquerading as professionals in the field of forex and binary options field who blatantly SCAM people and rip people off as Johan had clearly done to me.To summarise, I would stay well away from Johan and his systems due to his actions which clearly show scam-like behaviour. If he treats you like this when you purchase one of his systems how’s he going to behave when you need help and support from him down the track?Johan, I had hoped you’d be a decent guy but clearly I was wrong.Tim
