It was a tour of a lifetime! Donny was just remarkable. We had the trip planned for April 2020! When everything closed down we were devastated. Donny stayed in contact with us for the next two years. When at last it was possible to travel to Israel he reinstated our original tour, we did not owe any extra from two years prior. He called and emailed us many times to reassure us about entry into Israel and the tour. I felt so comfortable in his hands.The trip was so amazing. We had a wonderful guide/driver- Hilik Silfin, a native Israeli. He was so informative, we were able to enjoy the Israeli, christian, side of the trip. This gave us so much more than just one side(ie. Just Israeli or Just Christian). The food was so wonderful. We were always full and delighted to have so many choices. I have never eaten so much hummus or so many wonderful salads. The roasted veggies were amazing, both hot and cold. I asked my husband why we didn't eat like this at home? It was so healthy.The hotels were clean and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the two nights in the kibbutz, Kinar Galilee Hotel. I have never eaten kosher, but I think I might begin.The Sea of Galilee was the highlight for us. To walk where Jeaus walked can only be felt not explained. Likewise, to pray at the Western Wall can not be put into words. It is an overwhelming experience. This is truly a trip that has to be felt, words just don't exist to really explain the joy and beauty.Tradition Tours is the way to go, in my book. From the days before the trip to the end of the trip we felt well cared for. We called Donny about our transfer to the airport, we wanted to go one hour earlier. He called us back within minutes to confirm that our transfer would be at the hotel an hour sooner. I forgot to mention how really nice it was to see the young lady that met us at the gate and walked us through the Israeli airport upon our arrival. What a difference that made. She directed us through each portion of arrival. I can't imagine going through that airport on our own after such a long flight.Overall we thank Donny and his group.
