I had a very disappointing experience with this travel provider in Italy. The hotels did not meet the advertised standards, feeling more like budget accommodations with maintenance issues. We spent more time on the bus than sightseeing, and nearly every activity came with additional fees. The included meals were bland and lacked authenticity. The group dynamics were poorly managed, leading to discomfort among travelers. Additionally, there were serious safety concerns, including a theft incident and a traveler sustaining a brain injury without any follow-up. By the end of the trip, I felt exhausted and let down. I cannot recommend this service.
